The building was newly built and ready for sale but after a year no customer showed interest in the apartments, hence the owner decided to redesign the interior of the units. HAM Group started the renovation by changing the plan, design the kitchen of these condos to optimize the usage of the space.
For instance, on the fourth floor, the plan has completely changed, the previous bedroom is now a kitchen with a terrace where is accessible by everyone and brings the sunlight into the house, unlike in the old design, the terrace was only accessible from the bedroom and the apartment was deprived of having natural light.
The bathroom has been enlarged to have the minimum proper space for human ergonomy.
